If the purchase you made isn’t up to your satisfaction, Love For Pearls will accept items for exchange or returns. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization receipt and unaltered, unworn and in a saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Any returns after the 10-day period will only be eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date. If you wish to make a return please email us for a return authorization at: (no refund will be granted without return authorization).
For further protection please do pack your returns in the original box, return your order through an insured courier and hold on to your receipt. Love For Pearls will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note carrying your name and invoice number. After the returned package is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Love For Pearls cannot refund the shipping charges on any return items.
Love For Pearls will accept items for exchange purposes up to a period of 30 days after receipt is issued. We will only be accepting exchanges on items purchased through our website. For any Love For Pearls purchased through another retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

After the process of the exchange is complete, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s)

Gift Return Policy
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value. If you make an exchange for an item of greater value, you will have to pay the difference. No merchandise credits will be issued.
